Atomic Pilates Hub was born out of a dream to create a space where everyone feels not just welcomed & confident, but also embraced by the love and light of a community that’s as uplifting as it is fun!

 I started my Pilates journey 6 years ago when my sister wanted a buddy to go with her after injuring her back. Little did I know it would lead me to swap my 9-5 and into my own business! Since 2021 we have been bringing the Pilates Party to Byford and we have been able to get so many of you moving, grooving and thriving! We love helping, motivating and inspiring each of our clients to feel their best and live their best!
